Are you ready to become an excellent yoga teacher? Do you want to understand the heart-centered Tantric Yoga Philosophy and learn to weave it into your classes? Are you interested in understanding intelligent alignment principles that make our practice therapeutic? Would you like to be able to teach safe steady inversions, balance poses and graceful vinyasa? Would you like to master clear, encouraging yet soothing voicing? If so, this training is for you.
This two-week training is intenisve. We are together 8 hours each of the fifteen days and there will be homework everynight. You will begin using your voice in leadership on the first day. Be prepared for total immersion as you step up to the next level of devotion to sharing the practice.
This training is reserved for intermediate/advanced yogis. You must have at least one year of consistant practice (at least three days a week), know surya namaskar A and B, be able to recite and define the yamas and niyamas, kick up to handstand at the wall and hold urdhva danurasana with straight arms. Onlytwelve students will be chosen for this intimate and effective training.

Payment options are listed on the registration form. The fee does not include accomodations. Each person is responsible for their own travel and housing. We are happy to help you find the perfect place to stay if you are coming from off-island. There are lovely rooms on site and in nearby Paia Town. Jennifer is happy to answer any questions you have about the program and put you in contact with previous graduates of her training program.
