My hidden hand is pressing Tami's inner thigh up away from her front heal. this keeps her back leg rooting as she reaches into a deeper bend in the front knee. This balanced action keeps her steady and is what creates the hip opening in Warrior Two.

In preparation for Warrior Two we stick our butts out behind us to soften the groin and move the back thigh bone back. We're creating inner spiral of the thighs and we balance that with a scoop of the tailbone to engage the core and bring the torso vertical.

My head is encouraing Lyn to press her heart towards the wall to optimally align her shoulders. My hands are encouraging her to reach upward with her outer hips.
